I started working with Laci Weeks over 10 years ago. I was dealing with an injury and she was patient and diligent to find ways to give me a good exercise experience and not stress out my injury. I’m in my late 50’s now but feel like I have the strength of someone much younger. Laci was just out of college when we began working together and she continues her education through seminars, books, classes, etc. Her knowledge of the biomechanics of the body is vast. She never gives up on helping you achieve your goals. She continually monitors your exercises to make sure you have proper form. The workouts vary from butt-kicking to reset days. But they are always fun. Working with Laci is definitely money and time well spent.

I was less than thrilled with my husband when he gave me personal training sessions for my 48th birthday. Fast forward seven months and I actually look forward to these sessions with Laci. She is very encouraging and knowledgeable. She is patient and ensures that my technique is correct to avoid injury. "The progressive nature of it have allowed me to advance at the proper pace."

I’ve been training with Laci for over a year now and have enjoyed the process of developing core strength and additional flexibility. I was tired of spending time in the gym on cardio machines and not seeing or feeling any results. A large part of the reason I asked Laci to help me out was because I did not know how to use the rest of the gym, and I didn’t want to injure myself trying to figure it out. The variability in the program and the progressive nature of it have allowed me to advance at the proper pace and really build core strength. I enjoy the way she mixes up the workouts – it never becomes stale. 65 + years – I have worked out with Laci for over five years. In that time, Laci has supported me through a shoulder injury that got me back to paddling my kayak, a knee injury and recovery that got me back on the ski slopes, a season of weight loss, general strengthening, cardio, balance, and pelvic floor work. Every year she has grown in her knowledge and ways she has challenged me to develop new skills and strengths. Last summer, I endured two back surgeries and, after a lengthy healing process, was then able to start physical therapy. The therapy wrapped up in the fall and, although my back was doing much better, my strength, stamina, muscle tone, and overall fitness had really taken a hit. I felt feeble and unable to get back to any kind of a normal life. I walked with an “old man shuffle.” That was when I decided to check out training with SFC Fitness & Health.

Laci was able to customize a program that focused on core strength and balance that was easy on the back. I have been in the program for about six months now and the improvement in my overall well-being, confidence, and attitude is incredible. I typically work out with Laci twice a week and she continues to find ways to make workouts interesting, challenging and fun!
