Coaching Built for Real Life
SFC combines semi-private personal training, individualized programming, and lifestyle support for adults who want to build strength, move better, and feel more capable in everyday life.
SFC is not built around random workouts or one-off sessions. It is a long-term coaching system designed to help you train with structure, support, and a clear path forward.
What Coaching at SFC Includes
At SFC, you get the support of a coach, the energy of a small-group environment, and the guidance to keep making progress over time.
Semi-Private Coaching
Coached sessions in a small-group setting with 6 clients or fewer, so you get personal attention, support, and guidance every step of the way.
Individualized Programming
Training built around your goals, experience level, movement patterns, and progress over time.
Coaching & Accountability
Structure, encouragement, and check-ins that help you stay consistent, train safely, and keep moving forward.
Nutrition & Lifestyle Support
Realistic habits around food, recovery, energy, and consistency that support your training, your health, and your real life.
Every Client Starts With A Clear Path
New clients begin with a structured onboarding process designed to create clarity, build confidence, and prepare you for ongoing coaching.
Discovery Call
We start with a conversation about your goals, training history, and what you are looking for from coaching. This helps us determine whether SFC is the right fit and what the best next step may be.

Capable for Life
After onboarding, clients move into ongoing small-group coaching. This is where you continue building strength, capability, and consistency over the long term.
Choose The Right Format That Fits Your Life
In-Gym Small-Group Personal Training
This is SFC’s primary coaching model. You train in a semi-private small-group setting with personalized programming, movement coaching, accountability, and support. It gives you the attention of personal training with the energy and consistency of a small coaching community.
Hybrid Coaching
Hybrid coaching is designed for clients who want personalized programming with more flexibility. Laci builds a custom training program every 6 weeks, then meets with you in person for a 1:1 review so you understand the plan, make adjustments, and know how to train on your own with confidence.
Remote Coaching
Remote coaching is for clients who are not local or prefer to train on their own schedule. You receive personalized programming, structure, and coaching support while training outside the SFC gym.
Intelligent Programming to Become Capable for Life
SFC training is built around four pillars that work together to help you become stronger, more resilient, and more capable for life. While coaching is the foundation, some clients benefit from additional nutrition support, bloodwork reviews, or HSA/FSA guidance through our trusted partners.
Explore Additional SupportStrength
