About Laci
Laci Weeks is a health and fitness professional with a degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Texas State University. Her journey into fitness began on the golf course as a collegiate athlete — where years of competing through injury sparked a deeper curiosity about the human body and a drive to help others move, feel, and live better.
With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Laci has built a reputation for delivering lasting results through a strength-centered, highly individualized approach. Her passion for helping people from all walks of life — combined with her relentless pursuit of knowledge — is what sets her apart. Whether you're recovering from injury, navigating a life transition, or simply ready to feel strong again, Laci meets you where you are and walks with you every step of the way.
In 2019, Laci founded SFC Fitness and Health — a gym deeply rooted in her values and inspired by her grandfather, Sam Forse Collins. SFC was created to challenge the noise and limitations of the mainstream fitness industry and instead offer something real, sustainable, and empowering.
At SFC, Laci and her team take a 360° approach to health and performance. Through purposeful strength training, practical nutrition strategies, and a strong emphasis on mindset, they help clients reconnect with the full power of their physiology — not by chasing quick fixes, but by building real, lasting strength from the inside out.
