STRONG START PROTOCOL
Step 1: Book Your Complimentary Game Plan Consultation
This is a no-pressure, 30-minute conversation to understand where you are now and where you want to go.
We’ll:
- Listen to your goals
- Share how our program works
- Determine if we’re the right fit for each other
You’ll walk away with a clear roadmap to becoming the strongest version of yourself.
Step 2: Training Camp – Three 1:1 Sessions
These 1-on-1 sessions are all about assessing, not guessing.
We’ll take time to:
- Understand how your body moves
- Identify your strengths, limitations, and priorities
- Teach you proper movement and lifting techniques
These sessions are designed to educate and prepare you — not overwhelm you — so you’ll feel confident transitioning into our group environment.
What Happens After Training Camp?
Most clients stay in SFC Foundations for 6–12 weeks before moving forward.
You’ll continue working 1-on-1 with the same coach who guided you through Training Camp. This ensures you get the personalized attention, coaching, and support you need before transitioning into Small Group Training.
We believe in building confidence before adding complexity — so you’ll never feel rushed or out of place.
Step 3: Build a Capable Body – Small Group Hybrid Training
Welcome to coach-led, small group sessions that are personalized, focused, and effective—not generic classes.
Your individual program continues seamlessly with:
- Detailed form coaching
- A consistent structure to ensure progress
- Built-in accountability, camaraderie, and energy
Small Group Personal Training combines the best of both worlds
The energy and support of large group training, with the attention and customization of personal training.
Small Group Personal Training is ideal if:
- You have a specific goal (like a race or body composition milestone)
- You have injuries or discomforts that need special attention
- You prefer smaller groups and more coaching
Groups are capped at 5 people per session so coaches can ensure you’re executing your program safely and effectively.

Strength Training
Max Skill Development with a focus on lifting weights! Strength is a sustainable, total-body workout that builds strength, power, and movement literacy.
We will cover all fundamental movements - pushing, pulling, pressing, squatting, hinging/dead-lifting, loaded carries, core/ground work, and skill acquisition. Our strength class focuses on building strength in a smart, sustainable way.
Vitality
Interval-based workouts focus on high output, repeatable work efforts, and controlled recovery; the goal here is actual, productive adaptation.
Vitality is intelligent energy system development; yes your heart will be pumping but the focus will be to match up your breathing strategy as it relates to the intensity or the activity. This is critical to sustaining an optimal level of output and staving off fatigue - giving you the confidence to finish the race strong or tackle the last mile of your hike without petering out.
Stamina
The bigger the base, the higher the peak! In today's fitness world most folks give into uncontrolled intensity and unregulated recovery when training conditioning. That's a huge mistake and is the direct path to bonking!
Stamina is designed to build a strong, efficient aerobic base. A well trained aerobic system allows you to burn fat as fuel more efficiently, improve distribution of nutrients and O2 through the body via the blood and lungs, enhances recovery, and give you the ability to better manage energy in day to day life. Are you adapting or just suffering better?
Fortitude
Muscle is your metabolism's best friend — and the key to staying strong, lean, and energized for life. Fortitude is our high-volume, interval-based strength training class designed to help you build muscle, boost endurance, and improve overall body composition. It’s where grit meets gains. If you’re ready to increase stamina, support fat loss, and train with purpose, this class delivers. Expect a mix of smart programming, challenging sets, and a whole lot of strength.
