About Laci

Laci is a Health and Fitness professional holding a degree in Exercise Sports Science from Texas State University.  As a collegiate golfer, Laci fought many injuries.  This helped fuel the fire to pursue her career in health and fitness.  Laci has established a reputation for success with people from MANY walks of life due to her individualized, strength centered approach to training, relentless pursuit of knowledge, and passion for helping others. 

After working in the fitness industry for 10 years, Laci founded SFC Fitness and Health in 2019. When it comes to physical performance, SFC takes a 360 degree approach to health and fitness. 

SFC'S mission is to help you explore what your body and mind are capable of by breaking free from the standards and limitations the mainstream fitness industry has manufactured. Discover how movement and sustainable nutrition can be liberating, energizing, and empowering without beating up your body or fad diets. SFC will allow you to re-connect to the power of your physiology through purposeful strength training and an open mind. We strategize for your specific needs creating a customized program to help you reach your goals in the most efficient way possible. You will become a strong, resilient, and adaptable human being.
