How do you join the SFC family?
The Game-Plan Session + Training Camp
During the game plan session, you'll sit down one-on-one with the SFC founder, Laci Weeks, to find the most efficient and effective route to help you reach your goals. SFC isn't like other group training facilities that throw you into the deep end without proper coaching or a starting point!
We will coach you through strength and conditioning check-points to determine your exact starting point that lays the foundation for the personalized program. All you have to do is show up ready and willing to train!
Choosing Your Classes
We offer four different types of classes to select from to tailor your training to what works best for you! the classes provide a balanced framework for strength AND power, muscles AND mobility, endurance AND flexibility so you are ready for and capable of anything!
Each class is lead by a highly skilled strength and conditioning coach. Each class is custom-fit for YOU meaning you choose the track that aligns with your skills set and goals. You'll also enjoy the support and camaraderie of working alongside other SFC Athletes!
I have worked out with Laci for over five years. In that time, Laci has supported me through a shoulder injury that got me back to paddling my kayak, a knee injury and recovery that got me back on the ski slopes, a season of weight loss, general strengthening, cardio, balance and pelvic floor work. So glad to be an SFC trainee with Laci Weeks!
I've been training with Laci for over a year now and have enjoyed the process of developing core strength and additional flexibility. Authentic Training) the world becomes our oyster. whether it's playing with your kids or a challenging hike with friends, we should all be more inclined towards adventure and not having to question our ability to participate. Training in the gym means preparing to enjoy your passion outside of the gym. Through purposeful training, we develop discipline, compassion, and usefulness to care for ourselves and those around us.
