"65 + years - I have worked out with Laci for over five years. In that time, Laci has supported me through a shoulder injury that got me back to paddling my kayak, a knee injury and recovery that got me back on the ski slopes, a season of weight loss, general strengthening, cardio, balance, and pelvic floor work. Every year she has grown in her knowledge and ways she has challenged me to develop new skills and strengths. Now this year she has added 12 days of "Fit-mas" Challenge to keep me focused through the season. So glad to be an SFC trainee with Laci Weeks!"
