"I started working with Laci Weeks over 10 years ago. I was dealing with an injury and she was patient and diligent to find ways to give me a good exercise experience and not stress out my injury. I’m in my late 50’s now but feel like I have the strength of someone much younger. Laci was just out of college when we began working together and she continues her education through seminars, books, classes, etc. Her knowledge of the biomechanics of the body is vast. She never gives up on helping you achieve your goals. She continually monitors your exercises to make sure you have proper form. The workouts vary from butt-kicking to reset days. But they are always fun. Working with Laci is definitely money and time well spent."
