"I've been training with Laci for over a year now and have enjoyed the process of developing core strength and additional flexibility. I was tired of spending time in the gym on cardio machines and not seeing or feeling any results. A large part of the reason I asked Laci to help me out was because I did not know how to use the rest of the gym, and I didn't want to injure myself trying to figure it out. The variability in the program and the progressive nature of it have allowed me to advance at the proper pace and really build core strength.
